HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO DELIVER?

All orders are processed and fulfilled in Australia. We try our best to process and dispatched orders within 1-2 days from when the order was placed. Please allow 2-8 business days for delivery within Australia and 7-21 days for delivery to the rest of the world. We provide Standard free shipping all around the world.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. This will provide you with a tracking number and the courier information which enables tracking your purchase and provide you an updated information about your purchase. HAPPY WAITING :) !

It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the respective postal service, to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, however, will not provide a replacement or refund until the item is returned successfully or confirmation that the item is being returned can be provided.

Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
